I have been waiting 14 months for the company to find a service provider for my appliance. Living in a smaller area means service is practically nonexistent. My burners spark unexpectedly when turned off, they go out while cooking, the oven temperatures are far from accurate, and it takes an eternity for the oven to heat up. Their service department is frustratingly ineffective. They make promises they cannot keep. I'm left wondering if I have any recourse if they fail to uphold their warranty guarantees.
