I bought two of them as Christmas gifts. One came on time and the other was delayed. The delay was the fault of USPS. I did speak with a Retroviewer rep, and he was so nice and helpful. All in all, my friend who I was able to trade gifts with loved it. I'm sure my other friend will love it, also. This is a great and unique gift. I do plan on getting one for myself.
