I recently joined this service and consistently paid my monthly bills on time, yet I keep receiving harassing NO-REPLY emails stating that I am late and that my card has been frozen. I send all my payments through certified mail and have proof of mailing each time. However, this service, much like some unreliable financial institutions, does not allow communication via email, which prevents me from providing proof of my timely payments. This feels like a scam, and I cannot recommend engaging with them.
