Their products are good. I only gave 3 stars because their customer service is terrible. I had an issue when purchasing their products online (a technical website error). I sent them a screen shot of the error message I was receiving. Instead of them to look into it, they keep sending me a generic and unhelpful email stating my items where in the basket!
