Ordered the Christmas box with standard delivery and it came within the expected time frame, had a tracking number within 12 hours of order, no problems. After this was delivered and opened, I buy an October box while there’s still some left but this time with Royal Mail special delivery. Waited 2 days just for tracking number to then find out they told Royal Mail it was the standard (tracked48). Now I have to wait longer for an order which I paid extra to be here faster. Tried contacting through Instagram, telephone and form submit on website. No response and couldn’t even submit a form on the website.Edit: since posting the review I have had a response and the extra amount for delivery has been refunded. The product itself is great and I would definitely recommend. I can see customer service and delivery has been a problem for others as well so could definitely be improved but overall a good business.
