Box was stuck at customs for a month, due to Insufficient information on the package from the seller. Seller ended up refunding the package after it finally arrived, but is now threatening legal action if I don't pay for it again. The box itself was mostly light japanese packs and some lower end english packs. Edit:Sellers response is just pathetic way to try and save face. They are outright lying and I can prove it. Payment provider was Klarna and I have screenshots from their customer reps telling me that the seller refunded the order. All I did was tell them that the order is stuck (as it was). I did nothing but acted in good faith and followed the processes. Their own mistake and blaming the customer, how typical... Well, never gonna buy from them again and you shouldn't either.
