I had the opportunity to pursue the Advanced Management Programme in Financial Services and Capital Markets (FSCM) from IIM Lucknow, delivered in collaboration with Imarticus Learning.Overall, it was a well-structured and enriching learning experience, combining academic rigor from IIM Lucknow with practical insights facilitated through campus immersion. The course coordination, learning platform, and session scheduling were handled efficiently, ensuring smooth communication and access to faculty and resources throughout the program.Imarticus Learning’s support team was responsive and professional, assisting with queries related to class logistics, recordings, and assignments. The live sessions and peer-learning environment added great value to the overall experience.While there is always scope for improvement, particularly in pre-session communication timelines and post-module feedback tracking, the overall service delivery from Imarticus. The Imarticus website can be made more user-friendly for post-session recordings, which were difficult to communicate. Also, as per the course brochure, some contents were left which was to be taught, like Financial Analytics (• Modelling using Tableau & Power BI). In addition to the above, the course is not suitable for a technical background, which I think is misleading in my case.
