Overall conduct of the course was definitely professional. The support provided by the Imarticus team, within their limitation, is appreciated. The platform is good. The platform should be bit easier to navigate. The platform should have a option to generate/send acknowledgement of projects submitted in this portal.
I dislikes the office hours. I felt the facilitator was not the right fit. Ideally this should have been taken by the ISB lecturers. Further, the format of the office hours was unstructured and haphazard Second, the course should have online live lectures.Lastly some material should be provided.
🚫 Very Disappointed – Avoid at All CostsI rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating.The course content is extremely poor — outdated, shallow, and not aligned with what was advertised. It's clear that no real effort was put into curating useful, actionable material.Worse than the content is the complete absence of customer service. No response to emails, no support, no way to get help when you're stuck. You’re left completely on your own after payment.If you're considering this provider, don’t waste your time or money. There are far better options out there with real support and actual educational value.
The IIM Lucknow Institute Campus Immersion was an amazing experience a student can have. The class experience at the campus, meeting the faculty who taught us with the stay, and food has been too good. Would like to thank the IIM Lucknow for such an opportunity.
I found Imarticus to be a reliable partner to connect with big business institutes like ISB. The coordinators are very approachable and helpful. They play a very instrumental role in representing the co-learners needs/ requests with ISB.They can further improve their promptness in seeking response from the institutes as at times the wait for revert is too long.
