Review Time
Ordered a matching tv unit and side unit on 2.2.26 and still not completed order satisfactorily as at 1.3.26. Each item delivered separately within one day of each other. 2nd parcel badly damaged, wet, filthy, battered, punctured in several places and internal polystyrene compromised with parts moving inside. I expressed my concern but delivery guy said no damage, open if damage they sort and walked off. Over 12 damaged parts in first 3 layers of package, so repackaged and requested a whole replacement which was not acceptable to supplier. Therefore, requested refund and reordered. 2nd parcel was also badly damaged but this time I refused delivery and awaiting a refund. Terrible experience, had to wait in 4 times for delivery/collection, countless emails trying to sort this as Robert Dyas has to liaise with supplier. Frustrating and stressful and would not recommend.
Beds are really good quality for money, nice and sturdy and look really nice too.
The drawers aren’t such great quality but when put together ( which I have to say I have never built flat packed drawers before and found them easy to follow and build) they look nice, just not overly sure how long they wi last.
Pam was extremely professional and helpful. Carefully going through each step of the fault process to help us get back online.
Pam escalated the situation and arranged a convenient time for an engineer to come around and sort the issue which he did. A really asset yo her team.
Not received goods..pans came bit no hob too put em on. Too late for my visitors now and no word from courier. Tracking just says returned to depo! Very disappointed

I ordered a shed and a base they sent me .y confirmation email and took my money
Then I get an email saying they couldn't give me the shed but proceeded in sending the base after contact I was told to refuse delivery of the base which I done another company who the base actually came from phoned me to ask why I refused delivery to which the knew nothing about
After a few days and put on hold for 20 mins I ask for a call back which I got later that day will not use them again and waiting on refund
Good little shed. Just you need 5 degrees to read the instructions. Look at 1st page before step one so you know to take traveling blocks off before putting it together 😂
The poorest customer service I have had in years!
No updates, miss information on the tracking app. No communication form the customer service team and lied to multiple times.
Waited in on 4 different days and still could not get it right.
Clueless and unsupportive manager when I tried to escalate issue.
Never ordering ANYTHING EVER again from Robert Diabolical Dyas.

I ordered 2 bath panels, 1 side and 1 end at a cost of £180. They arrived damaged, i sent photos and customer services apologised and sent out two more panels, they also arrived damaged. More photos sent by email, against my wished a 3rd pair were sent and as predicted they also arrived damaged. I keep telling them this is because the manufacturer has woefully poor packaging on the product, with no protection for the painted mdf panels edges or corners. I asked for half of my money back and was insulted to be offered 20% refund and later offered 10% of any future purchase!! As if I would!
All communication has been by email so I have a record of all exchanges. AFTER 3 WEEKS and numerous emails 'Customer services' are now ignoring my emails and the problem has not been resolved. I am left with 6 unuseable panels to take to my nearest recycling centre 10 miles away, for which I will probably have to pay. I am also £180 out of pocket and have no useable panels, my bathroom refurbishment project is weeks behind schedule and I will need to source the panels somewhere else and shell out again! Absolute ballache and crap service. I and my family and friends will never buy from Robert Dyas ever again.
