I tried my first batch of 15 camcorder tapes for conversion. The process started well with a quick turnaround and a good app. However, I added a storage feature as a precaution and am now waiting over 50 hours for my digital videos to download. Clearly, there's a significant glitch, and no one to resolve it. I wouldn't recommend this vendor.
