I purchased a gate opener that was advertised as having a battery backup. Despite sending numerous emails and texts to the provided contact number, I only received automated replies with no actual assistance. This has made it very challenging to get help. We installed the product for a client and now cannot provide support. I would not recommend this product; the experience has been quite disappointing.
