I bought a gate opener in October 2024. It boasts a six-month warranty, but when a sprocket malfunctioned before the warranty period ended, I found no way to contact the company except through text. I received a message saying the warranty had expired, and despite questioning it, I got no further response. I ended up having to purchase the part myself. I'm very disappointed with the misrepresentation of the warranty.
