I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency and strongly advise others to avoid it. Save yourself the hassle and go through official channels or a reputable agent instead. My spouse and I took a day off work for our visa appointment arranged by them, only to discover the application form they provided was outdated, resulting in an immediate rejection. We then had to schedule another appointment ourselves, with no help from the agency, and during that attempt, the hotel and flight bookings they provided were also invalid, leading to another rejection. Due to their repeated mistakes, we lost two workdays, had to redo all our paperwork, and incurred extra expenses for travel and printing. Despite explaining the situation, the agency took no responsibility for their errors. Their unprofessional handling and lack of accountability caused us nothing but stress and unnecessary costs. I strongly do not recommend this agency for visa assistance.
