The case workers are not native English speakers and it's hard to communicate with them. They are very responsive on WhatsApp but they're changing the requirements pretty often and my application is still not ready after a long time.Initially they told me that my profile is strong enough but later they asked me to go talk on a conference to add more stuff into my application, found a conference for me. And then asked me to write blog posts on a public website to add into my application but all the process took months without the application being ready. This all looks shady for me.Most of their employees are in Russia (you can look at Linkedin) and the founders are Russian. They really try hard to prepare the application because I think Tech Nation doesn't like a startup whose job is to just prepare applications and recently started rejecting their applications. I would suggest working with a local lawyer instead of this company.
