I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience regarding my order. It was supposed to arrive by July 2nd, but there were no updates, tracking, or communication. The order was placed on June 27, and with my departure scheduled for July 4th, I still had no clarity. It’s unacceptable for a premium brand to use unreliable courier services. Customers deserve transparency and reliable logistics. I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.
