The van was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our four days. However, the communication regarding ferry bookings was quite poor. If I hadn't asked at the desk, I wouldn't have known about the ferry booking for that specific Friday night, resulting in a rushed trip north to Picton and a need to rebook for a night ferry since we missed the 8:30 pm check-in. Also, the 'one free tank of fuel' offer is quite confusing. At drop-off, the vehicle is expected to be full, or else there's an additional charge for the diesel. Emails to the support team just led me back to the supplier—so far, no refunds—two significant issues on an otherwise enjoyable trip. Cheers!
