The van was excellent, and we genuinely enjoyed our four days. However, the communication regarding ferry bookings was lacking. If I hadn't specifically asked at the desk, I wouldn't have known about the ferry booked for that particular Friday night, leading to a rushed trip north to Picton and a need to rebook for a night ferry since we missed the 8:30 pm check-in. Additionally, the policy about the 'one free tank of fuel' is quite unclear. At drop-off, the vehicle is expected to be full; otherwise, there's an extra charge for the diesel. Emails to the support team just redirected me to the supplier, resulting in no refunds so far—two significant setbacks on an otherwise wonderful trip. Cheers!
