I ordered a trophy and an engraved name plate, and the experience was very disappointing. The name plate arrived on the needed day, but the trophy came the next day. When I inquired, I was first told they were sent separately, which seemed normal. Later, they admitted they had received the wrong trophy and had to request the correct one, causing the delay. I stressed the urgency of the order and asked for updates, yet they chose not to be truthful, leading to the name plate arriving without the trophy. This left me no time to find an alternative. To add to the frustration, they stated they would only refund me if I returned the trophy at my own expense, despite the delay being their fault. I shouldn't have to pay postage for their mistake. The customer service was poor throughout. I won't use this company again and wouldn't recommend them.
