Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a bag that was advertised as calf leather which was the main reason for my purchase, I was expecting good quality, however the bag is plastic and has a really strong chemical smell as stated by another review.I asked for a refund, I was told I could keep the bag and have another style free of charge. I explained I had lost confidence in the products and would just like a refund.I was then told they can offer a partial 35% refund and I can keep the bag. I politely explained I would not use the bag so would like to return and have a full refund (referencing their 100% customer satisfaction).However I was then told to return would cost another $80 at my expense. I explained this was unfair due to falsely advertising leather and receiving plastic. The responses are very delayed ( perhaps intentionally) as since then I have had no response and it been over two weeks and unfortunately it has now passed the 30 day refund period. I assume I will not hear back from them.I would be very cautious of purchasing as the product was completely different from what was shown on instagram and the quality is not great, plastic and cheap definitely not worth almost $200 dollars! Customer service is very poor.
