Be careful - pretty unscrupulous and uncaring, tried to charge me £7500 per head for just tickets for US Open which I have since secure for a fraction of this price ! Imperial took my commemts seriously and investigated the issue and have agreed - " the individual will receive re-training" I am going to upgrde the review to 2 stars as a result
