I signed up with Imperial about a year ago, and paid 3000 dollars. I was recovering from breast cancer, and another health issue. Life happens. I've asked and asked for a refund and only got part of my money. I feel like there is absolutely no regard, as I was a customer. I was told within a week I would get my refund or they were going to expedite it. It never happened. They have said, my money is stuck with the merchant for months now! I didn't want to lose my money, for my book, I gave them the benefit of doubt. Unfortunately I was at the hospital in the emergency department. They got my money quick for my book, was it stuck? I have asked them to refund me again and it's stuck at the merchant suddenly. I have been lied to, and so much more. Basically, they gave me a ultimatum do book for with money that was stuck at merchant. My gut was telling not move forward with them. My opinion it's a deceptive company, because they have a refund policy, which they do not abide by. My opinion is it's power and control situation that I find abusive. Please use own discretion, this is only my experience. My money has been stolen cause it's stuck in thier hands, and not the with vendor. They are attempting to contact me to move forward, I was quite clear, I do not want to. Are you kidding me! They won't even refund me, for health problems! Accounbility has so much power, there is no regard at all. I have never ever have gone through such nonsense as I have. Basically if I don't move forward, there is no refund for me!!! My choice, my voice period. I have high standards, and will continue to do so. I have told refund is processing, and it's all blaent lies!!! I am on food stamps, and the President is doing nothing for food security for all people in need. I need to put food on my table, we are not getting food stamps. There is no regard from Imperial, they do not care!!! How sad. Please use your own discretion, this has been my experience only. A total of 5 employees have now lied to me!!!
