I had high hopes for this service, and their customer support was initially very responsive. However, my account was disabled for trading, and my evaluation was marked as 'failed.' After reaching out, they informed me it was a calculation error and my account would be reactivated. A week has passed without any response, and my account is still inactive. I will be pursuing a chargeback and will share my negative experience across social media to warn others!
