So far our experience with Denturly has been terrible. My vulnerable mother put down a deposit for treatment, that could no longer be completed due to company restructuring. We’ve been waiting 2 months for a refund. Been told it was 7-10 days maximum 3 times & that it’s with the “finance team” & I’ve emailed countless times & had no response. Really terrible service.
