I have recently started using ImportSend and I want to share my honest experience so far.Onboarding experienceThe onboarding process is automated and works smoothly if all DNS records are accepted by your domain provider. The instructions are clear and well designed. However, in my case my domain provider did not allow the MX record that ImportSend requires for verification. This meant I could not move past the DNS setup page or access my account even though my plan had already started.I contacted support through the website form, but there was no ticket number to track the request. The first response I received was a generic suggestion to add the MX record, which did not address my actual issue. After replying, I did not get any follow up and had to open a new ticket multiple times. Only after several attempts did someone manually bypass the MX requirement, and then I was finally able to log in. This entire process took almost two days and created unnecessary frustration.ImportSend should improve the support system with proper ticket numbers, better tracking, and human review for all replies. Customers should not need to raise new tickets repeatedly to continue the same conversation.Using the platformOnce I gained access, the experience improved significantly. The interface is clean, the training section is helpful, and creating lists and campaigns was simple. The software itself works exactly as advertised and appears well built.API confusionAfter setting up my campaigns, I wanted to integrate with API. I searched inside the platform but could not find anything related to API or developers. So I raised a ticket. The first response I received said, “I will confirm whether API access is enabled for your account. You can find API documentation in the Developer section.” Since there is no Developer section on the platform (as of 1 Dec 2025), this raised my expectations that an API existed.After more back and forth and bypassing the automated replies, I finally received clarity that ImportSend does not yet provide API access. This added to the overall confusion.Final thoughtsThe core product is strong, the UI is good, and the platform delivers what it promises. However, the customer support system needs significant improvement. Better ticket tracking, less automated responses and clearer communication would greatly enhance the overall experience.For now, I am giving 3 stars due to the support challenges. I would be happy to revise this to 5 stars in the future if the support process improves, because the main software itself is impressive.
