I tried ImportSend hoping for an easy way to manage email campaigns, but unfortunately the system didn’t perform as promised. Emails often didn’t go out at all, and the tracking features seemed unreliable or non-functional. It gave me the impression that the platform isn’t fully operational as a genuine CRM. I reached out for help but didn’t get any real resolution. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience and I can’t recommend this service based on what I’ve seen.
