So Overall I'm extremely happy with what this company has done for me and would 100% recommend them. Our air source heat pump and solar has worked flawlessly since its been installed. I docked one star for installers they need to learn to be a bit more respectful this is still my home despite it being a free install you still need to respect my carpets and my furniture put dust sheets down and move my things if they are in your way! (for reference most of the installers are actually contractors to improveasy), my advice to them would be to drop the sub contractors and hire your own crews. Coming back round to improveasy as a firm very quick and easy to deal with, their own installation teams were very professional I have high praise for the electrical installation team they did a fantastic job very neat, very clean.
