On day one all they did was strip the house if every tiny piece of copper including my old tank , took 90 mins to raid the house and disappeared for the dayOn day two took over the house with shouting and balling at each other and left an atrocious set up for the condensation pipe, snapped the corner from an outside grid and shoved a plastic pipe in itI was asked if was happy , obviously not, I have tried to call offices but obviously no one is going to get back to me, but I was glad to see the back of them, they were truly a horrible company
