Joe from Improving Moving was amazing. He literally saved the day when another local removals company let us down at the last minute, leaving us panicked and upset. Absolutely faultless. The moving vehicles couldn’t get on the drive due to a tree branch and the guys carried the boxes in from the road (in the rain). Very smooth move with Joe and his team. Took the full packing, and furniture disassembly/reassembly service. Very clean, tidy and efficient. Good communication. Took great care of all our belongings. Provided packing materials and let us unpack at our leisure and return them later. Would recommend.
We were concerned as we had masses of garden stuff to be brought down lots of steep steps but they didn’t bat an eyelid and just got on with it. Joe and his team were helpful, friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend Improving Moving and their prices are very competitive too.
