I ordered their last autobrite direct airy balls shampoo they had available on the web site but unfortunately I was sent out the quick detailer instead of the shampoo, granted the bottles do look a lot alike so giving them the benefit of the doubt I sent them an email explaining the mistake but I’ve had no reply which is very disappointing and very poor customer care 👎
