Absolute Legend!When our Shi Tzu went Shi Tzu on our cream-coloured, woollen carpet. Scott showed up, out of hours and at short notice and meticulously dabbed the wool repeatedly until the stain was lifted. Didn’t expect it to be fully removed but Scott managed it. He takes great pride in his work and will tell you straight what he can or cannot do. Top service and no doubt it won’t be my last call to himCheers
