A few weeks ago I scanned in a receipt within the Inbox Dollars Magic Receipts section and it had a product I bought which was worth a $4.50 credit. The same receipt had an item for a $.02 credit. At the first few times, they didn't accept either one but I persisted to scan the receipt in, informing them that these two items were legitimate and deserving of their respective credits. Then, Inbox Dollars gave me credit for the $.02 item but not the $4.50 item, giving no reason at all why they rejected this, even though it was the correct item. After scanning it in again they still refused it, and I scanned the receipt several more times, always getting refused credit for the $4.50 item. Then, after the most recent scan, they told me that the time window for the offer had passed. I wonder why (and expected that), given that they kept on stalling. Now they probably feel that they have no obligation whatsoever to honor my requests. $4.50 is an extremely significant amount because all you need to have in order to claim a $5.00 reward is $5.00 in credits. I believe they aren't being fair, honest and above-board with this issue, especially why they're not telling me the reason why they've rejected it. If they don't give me that credit for $4.50 there are many more survey sites which allow me to scan in receipts for credits and as soon as I accumulate $5.00 in credits with Inbox Dollars I will be strongly tempted to cash out and cancel my membership.
