We are grateful to Inca Soul for sharing their local Peruvian history, food, and culture with us. We booked a group tour with them (one month in advance) because we trusted the touring company to handle the stressful details that come with visiting Machu Picchu. They briefed us at the hotel, arranged transportation, packed us a delicious lunch, and enriched our tour with authentic SOUL. Due to some miscommunications between staff, a few mistakes were made that added some stress to our trip, but the mistakes were quickly corrected. Perhaps they could benefit from having one more team member to help confirm details, and perhaps we should have booked sooner. I would recommend booking 2+ months in advance to ensure the best availability and coordination. Overall, we would happily recommend Inca Soul for your next adventure.
