The worst experience I've ever had.After my initial inquiry, I was contacted via WhatsApp by a "medical advisor." I sent them my existing X-ray and received a quote based on that image: just one implant, to be completed within a week, with no additional costs. I was told nothing more would be required. Trusting this information, I made the big decision to fly all the way from abroad to Turkey.However, once I arrived and had a new X-ray taken at the clinic, I was told a completely different story. Based on this new image, they said the originally proposed treatment was no longer possible. Instead, I would need four implants, and I would have to return in six months for another one-week stay. The total cost had suddenly quadrupled.Already being in Istanbul, I had no chance to seek a second opinion. I had no choice but to accept their revised proposal.What I cannot understand is: why didn’t they request a proper X-ray before giving me a quote? I could have easily provided a more detailed one from my home country—if only they had asked. But they didn’t. Instead, they simply reviewed the single image I sent and gave a vague reassurance, something along the lines of, “this looks okay,” and encouraged me to go ahead and book my trip. It felt overly casual and lacked the professionalism and thoroughness you would expect when making such a significant medical decision.The treatment itself was painful. Even when I said I was in pain, they dismissed it as “normal” and made me feel like I was overreacting. I even experienced a nosebleed after the surgery, but they still considered it “normal.” The staff were not compassionate or supportive.The hotel they arranged also left much to be desired. They didn’t even have basic items like ice. I had to walk to a liquor store and pay €2.5 for a small tray of just 24 ice cubes. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak, making it difficult to stay in touch with people back home—which added even more stress to the situation.Lastly, I need to point out something important: they asked me to delete my negative review in exchange for gifts. I was honestly shocked. But apparently, this kind of practice might be considered normal for them.I deeply regret choosing this clinic, and I strongly warn others to stay away.
