Formal Complaint and Review
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service provided over the last year. Despite your claims of reducing and removing spam the reality of my experience has been the complete opposite.
I have seen absolutely no improvement in the volume of junk I receive and in fact my spam levels have actually increased since I started paying for this service. It is quite a feat to charge a customer for a solution that seemingly amplifies the problem. I strongly advise others not to waste their money based on the recommendations of YouTubers who are clearly more interested in their commission than the actual effectiveness of this garbage.
I expected a professional tool that delivers results but instead I have paid for a year of zero results. It's going to be far cheaper and less time consuming just by changing my email address which is what I was going to do in the first place. But I just thought I'd try this company out and it does the inverse of what it says it adds more spam.
