IF YOU ARE YOU ARE THE KIND OF TENANTS THEY WANT THEY LOVE ASB TENANTS PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY MAKE EXTRA MONEY FROM THEM WITH THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSE. Even Though Incommunities Says Illegal Substances Are Not Allowed Anywhere On Incommunities Properties When Reported They Do Nothing But They Make Out They Do To West Yorkshire Police. I've Also Had A Housing Officer Say Smokers Have The Right To Smoke In Their Homes So They Do As Well ‼One Is Currently Legal For Now & The Other Is Illegal‼So My Advice Is Don't Rent From Incommunities Unless You Want To Feel Like Committing Suicide Like I'm Feeling Every Day. Anyone Who Is Suffering Because Of Incommunities incompetence Try HOUSING OMBUDSMAN. Hopefully They'll Save Lives. I Do Feel Like They Are Using ASB Tenants To Drive Us Out Because We Moved Here BEFORE They Started Asking For One Month Rent Upfront. Unfortunately For Us We Can't Afford To Move So It Looks Like It'll ⚰ Me To Get Me OUT.
