Company will auto-renew, make minimal effort to contact you, and then send you off to collections for a service you are no longer using. The corporate answer for their staff to give is that's our policy. The auto-renew is included for the following year. If you cancel your service - you will not be reimbursed - (our policy). They will help you file to change your registered agent for a small fee of $99. In my state - this is $2, but they are helping you out. (our policy). The policies of this business are disgusting at best. I am not saying they do not exist, but make sure you understand what you are signing up for. Money driven organization; not people, moral, or ethically driven in any manner. (You know, it's their policy)
