We had an overall wonderful experience with this tour operator in India, and the main reason for that is Yogendra, who is truly an exceptional person. From the very beginning, he was always available, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. His wife is also a fantastic woman, and together they made us feel supported and safe throughout the entire trip.Yogendra is a person of great integrity and kindness. Whenever a problem arose, he acted immediately and responsibly, always putting our well-being first. For example, when I had an issue with my credit card, he personally took the time to help me, bringing me to several ATMs in Jaipur and trying every possible solution without ever complaining. This level of dedication is rare and deserves special mention.Unfortunately, we did have two negative experiences, but it is important to underline that none of them were caused by Yogendra, and in both cases he handled the situation in the best possible way.The first issue involved one of the drivers, who stole a significant amount of money from my travel companion. As soon as Yogendra was informed, he immediately refunded the exact amount without hesitation. This clearly shows his honesty and professionalism.The second unpleasant experience happened in Jaipur with a local guide. We had an elephant experience planned, but we decided not to ride the elephants and instead only wanted to care for them and feed them. The guide initially told us that this activity was not included and that we had to pay extra. He then gave us several contradictory and false explanations, clearly trying to keep the money that Yogendra had already given him. Once we contacted Yogendra, the guide suddenly changed his story and brought us back to the elephant sanctuary. Once again, Yogendra handled the situation promptly and correctly.Additionally, on the first day in Delhi, the guide also tried in some way to get extra money from us, which was disappointing.In Ranthambore, due to bad weather, we were unable to do the safari. Once again, Yogendra proved his fairness by refunding us without any problems.In conclusion, Yogendra and his family deserve a 10/10. He is truly the heart of this tour operator: reliable, honest, always available, and deeply committed to his clients. Unfortunately, some guides and drivers did not meet the same standard, but thanks to Yogendra’s constant support, every issue was resolved.We strongly recommend this tour operator because of Yogendra. He is truly the best and made our trip to India a memorable and positive experience despite a few difficulties.
