There was a small issue with the tracking number, and I sent them an email. And in just a couple of minutes I had a response. The tracking number was the post office and not them, but it came in exactly as they said it was going to. And the product is exceptional. With such a great product it's hard to overshadow it with excellent customer service, and they did that as well. Super responsive. Highly recommend this company.And update after using this company for a few months. Every single interaction has been exceptional. They're always super friendly and lightning fast.
