This has been a highly frustrating experience. After being charged and waiting more than 8 days, the product was never shipped to me. They claim to ship on the same or the following business day. I attempted to contact them regarding my shipment but received no response. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order, and they retained the taxes and shipping fees. I also tried to leave a review on their platform, but it seems that option isn't available. I cannot recommend this service.
