I wish I could rate it lower. As many others have mentioned, the reading was disappointing. They claim it's done by real people, but it felt entirely automated, basic, and inaccurate. It lacked a personal touch. I’m studying Vedic astrology and expected a fun, informative experience, but it was incredibly poor. I've encountered cheaper automated reports that were much more relevant and personalized. This one was just awful. If you're going to use automation, at least do it well. This was subpar. I find it embarrassing to say that real astrologers produced these reports. They often respond to negative comments with claims of using real astrologers and ask for order numbers to resolve issues. Here’s mine: 244500. Please issue a refund. I will return to share my communication experience.
