Air India is the operator. Airline Changed the schedule and that did not work for me. Airline offered the option of full refund, since it was Airline's mistake. Indian Eagle was trying to put a penalty(Service charge or what ever) on me for Airline initiated issues. I never faced this kind agency for over 30+ years. It took multiple calls and emails to worth of 3 hours to get full refund from them.
