The SOU trip to Kevadia was fantastic as everything is well arranged & managed inside SOU , but there was discomfort on 2nd day when an old vehicle was provided from hotel to SOU despite repeatedly telling the organisers that we are old people and cannot board the vehicle. The vehicle did not come on time delaying us. At night we had to wait ,then the same vehicle was provided inspite of repeated request.at last we came to hotel by auto.

This was my first time booking through IHPL. When we decided to travel India I found two agencies which I asked for an offer. I sent my thoughts and wishes to them. The other agency came back with some questions to me which were either the same I asked or I have already told them in my requests.Mr Hashim Ali from IHPL knew exactly what I wanted and sent me an offer within the next days. I fitted perfect to my needs and the itinerary and the prices were good. Every question I asked was responded to promptly and courteously. I booked a 10 day trip through Kerala and everything worked out well as planned from Hashim Ali.Thank you for the great experience we had in India
Just last week we returned from our trip to Kerala. We took the 5-day boat tour on the Backwaters. We were travelling with 2 adults and 2 small children, aged 4 and 2. The tour was an excellent choice, i am very happy to have found it online. Mr Hashim Ali was our contact person while planning everything. His answers were very swift and the communciation was clear, which made it a very smooth experience to make the plans.Mr Shajiebrahim was our taxi driver. He was very polite and a good driver. Our two captains on board the house boat were Jimmy and Roy. They were also great! They cooked excellent food as well.And lastly, the whole tour was very well organised, which made it possible to travel quite relaxed with our two small children.It was a fantastic way to not be having to think about how we would get somewhere and still see a lot of the beauty of Kerala. Definately recommended!!
This is my first time booking through IHPL. When I was researching companies, I read lots of positive reviews and decided to roll the dice and contact IHPL. I received an email back from Mr Hashim Ali and from the first email he was very precise and upfront with all the prices and itinerary. Every question asked was responded to promptly and courteously. I booked a 4 day 5 star package for Kerla. Trip started with Gopal Krishna (GK) picking us up at Kochi airport. The SUV was so clean and practically new. I knew then our trip was going to be as advertised “5 Star”. Each hotel we stayed at was luxurious and up to the standard I am used to in the US. By the end of the trip GK and I became good friends and I want to thank IHPL for making sure not only was our stay 5 Star but importantly the person we entrust our life driving through mountainous roads was responsible and responsible! Thank you Hashim and IHPL team again for a wonderful experience!
Just returned from a 3 week trip to India organised by IHPL. From my 1st contact with Hashim Ali a number of months prior to the trip, right to the very end, everything that had been organised went to plan. Recommended hotels were spot on, guides and drivers were always very helpful, polite and knowledgeable and we were always met by someone at every destination.We are already talking about returning and would definitely engage with Hashim & IHPL for our next adventure !!
My second trip in a row using IHPL. Hashim Ali has been outstanding both times. Supplying great drivers and guides. Last year when the second leg of our flight was cancelled he quickly organised another flight for us. He was mindful of my choices, changing them when they were not suitable. Every recommendation was perfect. This year when we had to at the last minute change our trip from Sri Lanka to India due to the cyclone, he secured fabulous hotels and a great itinerary for us travelling from Chennai to Thekkady and up to Goa before finishing in Mumbai with a fabulous day in Bollywood. They prices are also much more reasonable than using a UK based company
