They r really unprofessional. Ordered a vape ( banana ice ) order no 11456. Had ordered cash on delivery as I was ordering from them for the first time. It came. I paid the cash. As soon as I opened it the whole thing ( the mouth piece side) was broken n in 2 pieces. I immediately mailed them , sent pics, whatsapped n even tried calling. After a week of trying to get in touch , they replied on WhatsApp " read the instructions" , there is no warranty, so they won't replace the broken vape they sent. Totally unprofessional cheats
