Clare took the utmost care when there was a delay with the delivery of my order due to the carrier, at no fault of Indiebeer. I was swiftly informed of the issue, and Clare had already been most vigilant in attempting to get it resolved through the carrier, however also offered a replacement order due to the issue. Thankfully, the following day my order was collected by the carrier and delivered, but the constant vigilance, communication, and effort from the team at Indiebeer made the delay have absolutely no impact on myself. In fact, it was more of a positive experience than it could ever have been in that scenario. Thank you to everyone involved, and especially Clare for the hard work and efforts in remedying the issue!
