VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have been a lifetime member. All was good until I tried recently to download and was taken to the join up section. Now I know from reading the other testimonials that I will not be able to use this anymore. Very bad way to treat customers. If they don't respond then surely they shouldn't be allowed to offer memberships. Very very disappointed. Shame on you.
