If I can give them zero star, I will. It’s been over a month now and I have not received any shipping confirmation. My credit card has been charged. I have sent couple of emails to check on the status to no avail. I tried calling but no one is picking up. I understand there is a pandemic going on but it did stipulates in their website of 7-10 days turnaround time. If you cannot furnish the order, at least keep us updated or reply to our queries. This is just bad non existent customer service.
