We thoroughly enjoyed our 14 day France, Switzerland and Italy trip. Early communication prior to our trip took quite a bit of time to receive an answer, but once we were assigned an Indogusto contact, we felt very attended to. We were very excited as the trip approached, which made us somewhat impatient to get ALL the details and vouchers. Once we received the detailed itinerary, vouchers and tickets, we booked a few extra excursion's on our free days. One additional excursion we booked conflicted with a trip from the tour schedule (the tour description was a little misleading on the time) but our contact took care of us and booked us a new tour time so we didn’t have to miss either activity. Our Indogusto contact was very responsive and timely in responding. He quickly assisted us with a few questions that arose and rebooked us when two different tours were affected by inclement weather. We would definitely recommend this trip to friends and family.We felt like this trip had a good variety of things to do and covered many key prime places in each location. We especially loved the apartment we stayed on our Switzerland days. So very nice and roomy!If I could provide any feedback that might be helpful for others, perhaps some travel tips could be given; best ways to navigate in different cities, a tip to carry coins for bathrooms, and any recommendations on favorite places to visit that aren’t included in the trip (for travelers free days). Otherwise, we loved our trip experience and hope to book another trip in the future!
