The company is selling its membership and other products on the pretext of providing confirmed export orders under the condition of refund of membership charges and other charges if they are not able to provide confirmed export deals. However, their service is not as claimed and they are not genuine and it appears they are scamming their customers. They approached me on the pretext of providing a confirmed order from Cambodia and enrolled me as a member by charging Rs.28320/- they asked me to send a proforma invoice to an importer in Cambodia for 28 mt of Turmeric Powder with payment terms fixed as 70% advance against our Proforma Invoice and balance beore dispatch. After the proforma invoice was sent, I was asked to provide certain doucuments that included Global GAP Certificate about which we were not told before the membership was sold to us.I was informed that without this certificate the importer in Cambodia will not be able to transfer the advance amount. I was compelled to get this certificate from Indolink Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. at a cost of Rs.44250. After the certificate was taken from Indolink and sent to the importer along with other documents as required, the importer informed that he has some issues in his bank and so he is not able to transfer funds.It has been more than 20 days and since then the importer has not transferred the funds, I had requested Indolink web solutions Pvt. Ltd. to refund my total amount of Rs.72570 which they have not refunded despite providing an agreement to refund the entire amount within 3 days of intimation in case the export deal from Cambodia does not materialise. Please be very careful of this company as they are not doing business ethically and adopting ways and measures to sell their membership to people who are looking forward to grow their business.
