I originally ordered a cotton summer maxi dress. After a week or so I was told it wasn’t available. The company wouldn’t issue a refund but instead gave me a voucher. I reluctantly selected another dress which arrived this week. It is truly awful quality. It is baggy, poor quality fabric and the sleeves are not as I specified but are weird 1980s puffed sleeves. I don’t think that I can even return this monstrosity.
