If only I had read the reviews before I placed an order! The dress fabric is beautiful, but it does not fit (even though I ordered based on their size chart). And this company has no process in place for returns. There is a Google form, but it contains no instructions, and while it mentions the possibility of return for a different size or some sort of credit, it also warns the customer not to attempt to initiate a return on their own (who then)? Update: The company took the time to respond to my review (below), but there was no response to the supposed "return" form, nor to my follow-up email.
